Gamma-heavy chain disease (gamma-HCD) is a type of HCD characterized by the production of incomplete monoclonal gamma-heavy chains without associated light chains. The clinical presentation most commonly resembles that of patients with systemic lymphoproliferative/autoimmune diseases.
