First seen Jun 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a type of talk therapy called cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) can help reduce the severe tiredness that many people feel after a stem cell transplant for blood cancer. 66 adults who had a transplant at least 6 months earlier and still had significant fatigue took part. The goal was to see if the therapy was acceptable, practical, and effective at improving fatigue and quality of life.
