Summary
This early-phase study tested an experimental drug called E7090 in 40 adults with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal was to find the safest dose and check for early signs of effectiveness, especially in patients whose tumors have certain genetic changes. The study is now complete.
