Summary
This study looked at whether a supervised exercise program can help people undergoing stem cell transplant for blood cancers maintain or improve their strength. Fifteen patients were assigned to either an 8-week exercise program (strength, endurance, flexibility) or usual care. The goal was to see if exercise could reduce muscle weakness during treatment.
