Summary

This study tested two treatments—laser therapy and ozone gas—for painful mouth sores caused by cancer treatment. Forty adults with head/neck or blood cancers received one of the two treatments daily for five days. Researchers measured soreness, pain, and quality of life to see which approach works better.
