Summary

This study looked at 232 adult cancer patients with sepsis and low blood pressure to see if adding a type of antibiotic called aminoglycosides helps them recover faster. The main goal was to see how quickly their blood pressure returned to normal without needing strong blood pressure medicines. The study is complete, and the results will help doctors understand if this extra treatment is useful.
