Summary

This early-stage study tested a combination of two drugs, acalabrutinib and ACP-319, in 40 people with B-cell cancers such as non-Hodgkin lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The goal was to check safety and how well the drugs work together. Participants had to have a confirmed diagnosis and be in relatively good health. The study is now complete.
