Summary

This study tests a program called Meaning-Centered Pain Coping Skills Training (MCPC) for people with advanced solid tumor cancer who have pain. The program teaches skills to manage pain and its impact on daily life. About 211 participants will either receive MCPC or standard care, and researchers will measure how much pain interferes with activities after 8 and 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach improves quality of life.
