Simple test may spot frailty in elderly cancer patients

This study looked at how common frailty is in people aged 70 and older with solid tumors who visited a cancer center. Researchers used a short questionnaire called VES-13 to screen patients before their doctor visit. They also compared the test results with the doctor's own judgment to see how well they matched. The goal was to learn if routine screening could help identify vulnerable patients more consistently.
