Summary

This study tested a new experimental drug called BMS-986249, given alone or together with the approved immunotherapy nivolumab, in 356 adults with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread or cannot be removed). The main goals were to check safety and find the best dose. Researchers also looked at whether the tumors shrank. This was an early-phase trial, so it focused on safety and dosing rather than proving a cure.
