Summary
This early-phase trial tested a combination of two cancer drugs, bortezomib and clofarabine, in 28 adults with advanced solid tumors, lymphomas, or myelodysplastic syndromes that had stopped responding to standard therapy. The main goal was to find the safest dose and check for side effects. Participants received the drugs in 21-day cycles, with close monitoring. The study also looked at how the drugs affected cancer cells in the blood and tumor tissue.
