Summary
This study checked if a generic version of the cancer drug trifluridine/tipiracil works the same as the brand-name drug Lonsurf in 76 patients with solid tumors. Participants took the drug under fasting and fed conditions to compare how the body absorbs it. The goal was to show the generic is a safe and effective alternative for controlling tumor growth.
