Summary
This early-phase study is testing an oral drug called LOXO-338 in people with advanced blood cancers (like certain leukemias, lymphomas, and multiple myeloma) who have already received standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors or improve blood counts. The study lasts up to about 3 years and involves around 316 participants.
