Huge international study launches to see if smart radiation machine beats cancer better

Summary
This study is a large registry that will follow 8,000 cancer patients who receive radiation therapy using a special machine called the MR-Linac, which combines an MRI scanner with a radiation beam. The goal is to see if this technology improves survival, tumor control, and quality of life compared to standard radiation. The study is open to adults with many types of cancer, including breast, prostate, lung, and brain tumors.
