Summary
This study tests a personalized vaccine made from a patient's own tumor proteins, given alone or with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab, for people with advanced solid tumors (like breast, lung, or skin cancer). The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the cancer. About 132 adults with advanced or spreading cancers will take part.
