Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called XPro1595 in 208 people with early Alzheimer's disease who also had signs of brain inflammation. The goal was to see if the drug could improve thinking, memory, and daily function compared to a placebo over 24 weeks. Researchers also checked for safety and changes in brain health markers.
