New hope for tough cancers: observing a promising Drug's Real-World impact

Summary
This study aims to see how well the drug T-DXd works in real-world settings for patients with advanced HER2-positive cancers who have already tried other treatments and have no good options left. It will follow about 100 patients with various solid tumors (excluding breast, lung, and a few others) to measure how their cancer responds to the drug and how long the benefit lasts. The goal is to gather practical evidence on this treatment's effectiveness outside of a controlled clinical trial.
