Summary
This study follows 600 people with and without chronic kidney disease (CKD) for up to 4 years to see how memory, thinking, and daily activities change over time. Researchers will compare the two groups and look for risk factors that may lead to cognitive decline, dementia, or stroke. The goal is to better understand the link between kidney health and brain health.
