Summary

This study is for 500 adults with early dementia or mild cognitive impairment. Researchers will collect blood samples and run cognitive tests over time to build a model that predicts how each person's disease will progress. The goal is to give patients and doctors more accurate information about what to expect, without offering a direct treatment.
