First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug called HNK can quickly improve symptoms in people with major depression that hasn't responded to other treatments. About 50 adults aged 18 to 70 will receive four infusions of HNK and four of a placebo over several weeks, with their depression levels monitored closely. The goal is to see if HNK works faster than current options.
