Virtual workouts may keep cancer patients on their feet

Summary
This study tests whether cancer patients can do a supervised exercise program from home using video calls. The goal is to see if it's practical and helps prevent side effects like fatigue and weakness. About 104 adults starting chemotherapy will participate, doing resistance and aerobic exercises guided by trained staff.
