New study aims to boost heart health and cut stress in black men

Summary

This study tests a 24-week program called Black Impact for Black men with below-ideal heart health. Participants will take part in weekly physical activity, health education, and work with a coach and trainer. The goal is to see if the program improves heart health and reduces stress. The study will enroll 340 Black men in the Columbus, Ohio area.
