Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new cell-based treatment called SL-28 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to check for side effects. Participants will receive the treatment for 12 weeks while doctors closely monitor their health and the cancer's response.
