Scientists build a 'Library' of body samples to unlock Obesity's secrets
NCT ID NCT05874726
Summary
This study aims to collect and store blood, urine, and tissue samples from 500 adults with obesity. The goal is to create a research bank to help scientists understand why people gain weight, why treatments sometimes fail, and why weight is often regained. This knowledge could lead to better future treatments for obesity and related conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure.
