New drug MGC026 enters human testing for advanced cancers

Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called MGC026 in about 250 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. Participants receive the drug by IV and are closely monitored for side effects and whether their cancer grows or shrinks.
