Toronto hospital collects blood to build future cancer test library
NCT ID NCT03702309
Summary
This study aims to create a library of blood samples from cancer patients and people at high risk for cancer. Researchers will collect these 'liquid biopsies' to help future studies develop better ways to detect cancer early and monitor treatment. The study involves 2,500 participants and focuses on building research resources rather than testing treatments.
