Summary
This study looks at whether a well-formulated ketogenic diet can reduce pain and improve thinking in adults with osteoarthritis and mild cognitive impairment. Ten participants will follow a supervised low-carb, high-fat diet for a period, with before-and-after tests for pain, physical function, and memory. The goal is to explore shared links between joint health and brain health.
