Fast-Track leg artery fix may save diabetic feet

Summary
This study looks at whether opening blocked leg arteries within 48 hours helps heal foot ulcers in people with type 2 diabetes. About 200 adults with diabetic foot ulcers will be randomly assigned to early or standard treatment. Researchers will track wound healing with a 3D camera and AI, and monitor heart and limb complications for a year.
