New hope for tough cancers: drug tested across 25+ tumor types

Summary
This study is observing how well the drug T-DXd works for people with advanced HER2-positive cancers who have already tried other treatments and have no good options left. It will follow about 100 patients in real-world US clinics to see how their tumors respond and how long the benefit lasts. The goal is to understand the drug's effectiveness in routine medical practice, not in a controlled trial.
