Summary
This study is creating a large, diverse group of 1,000 older adults in Tennessee to help researchers better understand Alzheimer's disease. Participants, who may be healthy, have mild memory problems, or have Alzheimer's, will be followed yearly with tests like brain scans and blood work. The goal is to collect data and samples that scientists can use to develop better ways to detect, prevent, and treat the disease.
