Summary
This study is creating a large, diverse group of 1,000 older adults in Tennessee to help researchers better understand Alzheimer's disease. Participants, who may be healthy, have mild memory problems, or have Alzheimer's, will be followed yearly with tests and scans. The goal is to gather information and samples to support other studies aimed at early detection, prevention, and treatment.
