Summary
This study will enroll 5,000 adults with chronic heart conditions like heart failure, high blood pressure, or aortic stenosis. Participants will wear a Prolaio digital health patch that monitors heart rate, breathing, and other vital signs. The goal is to observe how these conditions naturally progress over time, without providing any treatment. Researchers hope the data will lead to better understanding and management of cardiovascular disease.
