Summary
This study tests whether portable devices like handheld ultrasound and blood glucose monitors can help doctors find chronic diseases earlier than standard care. Two hundred adults aged 18 to 75 with conditions like prediabetes or high blood pressure will use the devices or receive usual care for 6 months. The goal is to see if these tools improve detection and health outcomes.
