Summary

This study tests a personalized, noninvasive brain stimulation technique called TMS for people aged 18–65 with chronic symptoms after a mild concussion or traumatic brain injury. Symptoms like headache, dizziness, brain fog, and anxiety can last for months. Participants will receive either active or sham TMS over 10 sessions, and researchers will track changes in brain connectivity, symptoms, and daily function for up to two months after treatment.
