Summary

This study aims to learn more about diseases that affect the brain, such as Parkinson's disease and different types of dementia. Researchers will follow 500 adults with symptoms of these conditions over time, using brain scans and genetic tests to see how the diseases progress. The goal is to better understand these disorders, not to test a new treatment.
