This study tests whether a behavioral method called Emotional Brain Training (EBT) can help people in recovery from addiction manage stress, anxiety, and cravings. About 54 adults receiving standard addiction treatment will either continue their usual care or also attend weekly EBT group sessions by phone for 8 weeks. Researchers will compare changes in stress, anxiety, and cravings between the two groups to see if EBT provides extra benefit.
