Summary

This study tested whether a program combining cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and lifestyle coaching could help people with conditions like mild traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, long COVID, or mild cognitive impairment. Fifteen participants took part to see if the approach was practical and helpful. The goal was to improve community integration and quality of life.
