Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental pill, ATV-1601, in adults with advanced solid tumors or certain breast cancers that have a specific AKT1 gene change. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check how the drug moves through the body. About 134 participants will take the drug alone or with another medicine (fulvestrant) to see if it can help control their cancer.
