Summary
This study is testing a new, personalized vaccine designed to teach the body's immune system to recognize and attack a patient's specific cancer. It is being given alongside an existing immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) to adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goals are to see if the combination is safe and if it can help keep the cancer from coming back or spreading further.
