Summary
This study tests a new drug, MGC026, in 250 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants receive the drug by IV and are closely monitored for side effects and cancer progression.
