Can simple tools help cancer survivors live healthier?

NCT ID NCT05056077

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests four different tools—coaching, education, text messages, and health coaching—to help cancer survivors improve their diet, physical activity, and weight. About 350 adults who have completed treatment for several cancer types will use these tools for up to 48 weeks. The goal is to see which combination works best to help survivors adopt healthier habits that may lead to longer disease-free survival.
