Summary
This study looks at four different tools to help people who have had cancer improve their diet, physical activity, and weight. About 353 cancer survivors will use these tools to see if they can adopt healthier habits that may lower the chance of their cancer coming back. The study focuses on survivors of several cancer types who have finished their main treatments.
