First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 20 times

This study tests whether adding bright light therapy, methylphenidate, or melatonin to cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) can improve sleep and related symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, and depression in 188 adults with advanced cancer.
