Summary

This early-stage trial tests a combination of two drugs (naptumomab estafenatox and durvalumab) in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 120 people with various cancers like breast, ovarian, lung, and pancreatic cancer are participating.
