Summary

This study tested whether a mindfulness-based training program could help adults who had lost weight keep it off. 48 participants, including those who had bariatric surgery or lost weight through medical or lifestyle programs, took part. The goal was to see if focusing on eating behaviors and savoring food could prevent the common problem of regaining weight.
