Can exercise classes ease your aching joints?
NCT ID NCT03711773
Summary
This study is testing whether a program of low-impact group exercise, combined with diet advice and mental health support, can help reduce pain for people with osteoarthritis in their knees, hips, or ankles. It will enroll up to 10,000 adults who can commit to attending classes three times a week for six months. The main goal is to see if this combined approach improves participants' self-reported pain scores.
