This study collects live tumor tissue from 2,000 people with various cancers to understand why some respond to immunotherapy and others don't. Participants give a biopsy as part of their normal care, and researchers analyze the samples in the lab. The goal is to develop better ways to predict treatment outcomes, not to test a new therapy directly.
