Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called IDOV-Immune, a virus designed to infect and destroy cancer cells while also boosting the immune system. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors (like colorectal, lung, or breast cancer) that have not responded to standard treatments. Participants receive one IV infusion and are closely monitored for safety and any tumor shrinkage.
