Modified virus targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in groundbreaking trial

NCT ID NCT06910657

Summary

This first-in-human study is testing an experimental cancer treatment called IDOV-Immune, which uses a modified virus designed to infect and destroy cancer cells while boosting the immune system. The trial aims to find the safest dose and check for early signs that the treatment might shrink tumors in adults with advanced cancers that haven't responded to standard therapies. Participants will receive a single infusion and be closely monitored for side effects and any impact on their cancer.
