Summary
This study tests a once-weekly medicine called eloralintide in 900 adults who have both knee osteoarthritis and obesity or overweight. The goal is to see if it reduces knee pain and helps with weight loss over about 75 weeks. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will track changes in pain, body weight, and other health measures.
