NCT ID NCT07263022
First seen Dec 17, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at how two medications, modafinil and d-serine, affect decision-making and brain activity in people who have had psychosis symptoms for less than five years. Participants will take a single dose of each medication or a placebo, then play computer brain games and have fMRI scans. The goal is to better understand how psychosis affects thinking, which could help develop better treatments in the future.
