Summary
This study will use a new type of cardiac MRI to look at the heart's microscopic structure in 1,000 people—both healthy volunteers and those with various heart conditions. The goal is to see if this advanced imaging can detect early signs of heart damage better than standard tests. Researchers hope this will lead to earlier diagnosis and better care for heart disease.
